I placed an order & with in a few minutes I received an email
saying my purchase hadn’t been finished please return to the incomplete purchase to finish it I wasn’t concerned as I have used Daily Chemist many times before
20 hours later I received an email
Saying they have a system problem. They charged me twice and sent out the item twice I then had the inconvenience of waiting for the postman to refuse one of the parcels to obtain a refund, both the parcels had the same order nos common sense would have made them realise something was wrong, I did eventually get my refund
