While we facilitate connections, the medical advice, prescription dispensing, and healthcare services are provided either by independent third-party Partners or licensed professionals who are solely responsible for their clinical decisions.

13.2 Legal Venue: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the relevant Partner for any disputes regarding their services.

13.3 Platform Disputes: For any disputes relating strictly to the use of this website platform or In-House Services provided by us, the applicable law and jurisdiction shall be that of the location where the specific service was performed or deemed to be performed.
