Yes it is true that your can drink . You can have an excess of everything, even

 We should only drink as much water as we feel for. too much water can lower the important levels of minerals such as salt, or sodium in your blood to a dangerously low level.

This can lead to a condition called hyponatremia or . It can induce headache, nause, vomiting, tiredness, muscle spasms and seizures. In the rarest of cases it can lead to coma or even be fatal.

So please listen to your body and drink only as much waster as you feel thirsty for.
